In response to the latest advice from NSW Government & NSW Health in relation to COVID-19, we wish to provide an update to you on our business operating plans here at Hides of Excellence.
The health and safety of our customers and staff is our priority.
At the present time our Sydney showroom in Banksmeadow is temporarily closed for face-to-face appointments however our online store remains in operation 24/7, with FREE shipping on all Australian orders. Should you require contactless pick-up, we would be more than happy to arrange this service for you.
Customer service continues to also be our priority. During Monday to Friday business hours we are also available via FaceTime or video call.
Our warehouse and showroom in Collingwood, Melbourne is also open virtually and via phone during business hours Monday to Friday at the present time, with contactless pick up also as an option.
