Amazing quality sheepskin rug, soft and has beautiful colors to it. Unfortunately my experience to purchase the rug was terrible. The first person that greeted me at the warehouse was extremely rude, unwelcoming and did not want to help me in the slightest. I felt so uncomfortable that I went back to my car to purchase it online and just pick it up. Even when I returned with an order pick-up number and name the same individual was very impatient. I was shocked at how someone can be so rude with a customer even when its just a pick-up order, literally can be done with 2 sentences, yet he found a way to be a dick. I'm not expecting smiles and sunshine mate I just want a little respect. Made me regret spending my money. Sheepskins were great though.
